Since 1992, Fields Data Recovery has been providing data recovery, digital forensic and data security services internationally to a wide variety of consumers. We spent our first three years as a small family run business recovering data for affiliates based on the east coast. Over the next 18 years our client base has grown to include a huge number of individuals, small businesses, Fortune 500 companies and many non-profit organizations. Some of our more well-known clients include: Reuters, Department of Defence, Warner Brothers, TDK, IBM, Intel and many more.
Fields is proud to have pioneered some of the biggest changes in customer service within the industry. We were one of the first data recovery corporations to offer free diagnostics and ‘no recovery, no fee’ quotations. With our customer service focused business model and a deep understanding of what customers require when they lose important data we believe we are the only choice for anyone who has lost data.
In 2001, we began our nationwide campaign and have now recovered millions of Gigabytes of data across all states. This expansion has been matched by continued investment in our facilities and in 2006 we acquired new hardware data recovery tools which were custom designed using six years of our R&D results.
Last year, we equipped our centres with additional clean air facilities allowing us to offer ISO-4 standard environments for all physical and mechanical work. In addition to this we possess a spare parts library that is made up of over 20,000 hard drives! This reduces costs and increases recovery times for our customers.
We now employ over twenty full time data recovery engineers in three locations across the country (St Louis, Houston and NY) and have additional collection centres opening towards the end of 2010.
